2. Work Experience
Over 15 years experience in world famous OEMs or related R&D field; worked as Chief Engineer or Program Director of the new transmission platform and modified development platform
1. Familiar with transimission subsystem technical specification
2. Familiar with transmission technology development trend
3. Understanding of  transmission key component manufacutre requirements

Responsible for transimission platform program mangement and technical decision. Responible for implementing transimission development program according to SMPV strategy and improve SMPV professinal skills to international standard. To lead, guide and train a technical team effectively at all levels.
1. Respoonsible for SMTC transmission platform project management and technical decision
2. Responsible for transmission technical parameter, setting up development target and product upgrade strategy based on market, law and technical development
3. To deploy the resources according to the transmission project plan approved by company and ensure projects to be implemented on time
4. To coordinate PT departments to fulfil development work according to GPDP.

2. Work Experience
Over 15 years experience in world famous OEMs or related R&D field; worked as Chief Engineer or Program Director of the new engine platform and modified development platform

1. Familiar with HVAC development process

Responsible for powertrain performance research and development and to improve SMPV professional skills to international level. To lead, guide and train a technical team effectively at all levels.
1. Responsible for powertrain performance analysis in all vehicle platforms of the company
2. Responsible for breaking down of powertrain performance into the engine and tranismission performance, NVH, weight index, and to establish technical parameters of the peripheral parts of powertrain (such as intake and exhaust systems, engine cooling, air-conditioning systems, etc.)
3. Responsible for estabilishing the powertrain performance analysis methods and work with Vehicle Integration Department to the vehicle technology parameters (related to the powertrain and vehicle integration)
4. To produce strategy to improve the analysis precision of the powertrain performance

Powertrain NVH Development Expert 1. Education BackgroundMechanical, acoustic, and other related majorBachelor degree or above
2. Work Experience
Over 15 years experience in world famous OEMs or related R&D field, incl. more than 10 years of powertrain NVH development experience; the experience of engine /transmission design and test is preferred
1. Familiar with using NVH measure equipement
2. Understanding of CAE analysis technology and application of NVH on powertrain
Responsible for powertrain NVH research and development and improve SMPV professional skills to international standard. To lead, guide and train a technical team effectively at all levels.
1. Responsible for company powertrain NVH to meet the product positioning and market requirements.

1. Familiar with Powertrain integration anyalsis software(prefer CATIA)
2. Familiar with techenical requirements and trends of all  powertrain subsystems (enginetransmission, driveline,cooling ,intake&exhuast system and etc)
3. Familiar with engine development process
Responsible for powertrain integration research and development and to improve SMPV professional skills to international standard. To lead, guide and train a technical team effectively at all levels.
1. Responsible for the powertrain integration of all vehicle platforms
2. Responsible for the concept design of powertrain integration and powertrain application
3. strategy according to the regulations of fuel consumption and requirement of vehicle platforms strategy.

Over 15 years experience in world famous OEMs or related R&D field, incl. more than 10 years of gear shifter design and development experience; the experience of transmission design and test is preferred

1. Capable of using CAE analysis to resolve shifting performance problems
2. Familiar with using shifting performance test equipment to analyze shifting performance
Responsible for gear shifter technical research and development and impove SMPV professional skill to international standard. To lead, guide and train a technical team effectively at all levels.
1. Responsible for gear shifter integration and concept design of all vehicle platforms of the company.
2. To establish gear shifter performance features and system requirements according to brand positioning and production requirements. 
3. To break down gear shifter performance requirements and define each subsystem technical requirement.
4. Responsible for setting up simulation analysis and test bench for gear shifting performance test.
5. To lead, guide and train a technical team effectively at all levels.
Hydraulic System and Clutch Expert in Transmission Department 1. Education Background Mechanical Engineering and other related major Bachelor degree or above
2. Work Experience:Over 15 years experience in world famous OEMs or related R&D field, incl. more than 10 years of hydraulic system and clutch design and development experience; the experience of transmission design and test is preferred.
1. Familiar with technical requirement and design principle of AT hydraulic system.
2. Familiar with AT hydraulic system testing and test specification.
3. Familiar with CAE analysis mehod to validate design parameter
4. Familiar with AT hydraulic control strategy
5. Familiar with the impact of clutch design parameter on powertrain system

1. Responsible for technical strategy and concept design of AT hydraulic system on SMPV vehicles platforms.
2. To optimize and upgrade AT hydraulic system according to technical development trend and gear shifting performance requirement.
3. To assist transmission Chief Engineer in overall technical planning and concept design of transmission .
4. To establish clutch performance parameters and system requirements according to MG/Roewe brands positioning and production requirements.   
5. To break down clutch system performance requirements and define each subsystem technical requirement. To coordinate with suppliers to complete designing development work as required.
6. Responsible for setting up simulation analysis and hydraulic system & clutch performance testing bench

 Transmission Expert 1. Education Background Mechanical Engineering and other related major Bachelor degree or above
2. Work Experience
Over 15 years experience in world famous OEMs or related R&D field, incl. more than 10 years of transmission design and development experience; worked as Chief Engineer of the transmission program or had the experience of transmission conceptual design
