1.Prepare PPO BIW build process document(SOS) and prepare welding jigs for PPO BIW building. Instruct PPO technicians to operate according to SOS to ensure the process and results of BIW building meet the requirements of the engineering design. Participate in the soft tooling parts quality control activities and support PPO quality engineers to analyse build issues.

 3.Familiar with BIW structure, BIW welding process, understand BIW parts fabrication process
