Automobile European Designing Center: Multiple Design Positions – Italy, Turin

BRIEF  COMPANY  DESCRIPTION:

Automobile European Designing Center located in Turin Italy, overseas subsidiary of Chongqing Changan Automotive Com., Ltd, an international styling center with designers from all over the world, is currently seeking to enhance the design team with international skilled and high level professional Automotive Designers/Digital Designers (CAS)/Graphic Designers who can passionately share our vision.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Exterior Automotive Designers:

l  Senior designers with minimum 7 years of work experience at an exterior design department of a global OEM company. (Less experience will be considered as Designer);

l  Good with manual (free sketching, manual renderings) and digital techniques (Photoshop etc);

l  Strategic thinker, well organized, flexible with an open mind and willingness to learn more;

l  High communication skills in English;

l  Preferences will be given to designers who have good knowledge of eastern culture and customer expectations/behaviors.

Interior Automotive Designers:

l  Senior designers with minimum 7 years of work experience at an interior design department of a global OEM company. (Less experience will be considered as Designer);

l  Good with manual (free sketching, manual renderings) and digital techniques (Photoshop etc);

l  Strategic thinker, well organized, flexible with an open mind and willingness to learn more;

l  High communication skills in English;

l  Preferences will be given to designers who have good knowledge of eastern culture and customer expectations/behaviors.

Senior Digital Designers (CAS):

l  Minimum 4 - 10 years of work experience at a digital design department (CAS) of a global OEM company;

l  Capability to create accurate 3D model incorporating design intention;

l  Sufficient knowledge in the area of design, engineering and diverse model development;

l  Less experience can be considered as Junior;

l  High communication skills in English.

Graphic designer:

l  Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience at a design department;

l  Capability to prepare complex presentations according to the relevant audience and to produce designs according to types of media;

l  Capability to manage interior component design with an emphasis on graphics (ie. cluster, UI, etc.);

l  Capability to create benchmarking charts, mood board, trend research images to create presentation with this material;

l  Capability to manage the information on current trends, benchmark vehicles, design strategy, etc;

l  High communication skills in English.
